This privacy policy explains how Modzel Transfer handles information provided through phone calls, WhatsApp, e-mail and booking enquiry forms.

Controller and contact

The service is operated by Modzel Transfer, located in Krakow, Poland. You can contact us by phone at +48 536 400 994 or by e-mail at modzeltransfer@gmail.com.

Data used for enquiries and bookings

When you contact us, we may process details needed to answer your enquiry and prepare a transfer quote: route category, pickup and destination information, date, time, number of passengers, luggage notes, flight number and contact details you choose to provide.

Analytics and advertising tools

The website is prepared to work with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads Conversion Tracking. These tools are loaded only according to the selected tracking mode and your consent choice.

Consent Mode is prepared to communicate consent states for analytics and advertising storage after the owner configures advertising tools. Advertising and analytics storage remain denied by default unless the owner enables the relevant Google tools and obtains the required consent.

Calls from Website

The website is prepared for Google Ads Calls from Website. If the owner configures Google Ads identifiers and a website call conversion label, Google may use a forwarding number to report real calls and call duration. The website does not measure call duration in JavaScript.

Data minimisation

Analytics events are designed not to send the customer's name, phone number, e-mail address, full pickup address, full destination address or message content to Google. Routes are normalised into broad categories such as airport transfer, Zakopane, Wieliczka, Auschwitz or custom route.

Your choices

You can accept or reject analytics and advertising consent. Phone, WhatsApp and the enquiry form remain available even if consent is rejected.
